Questions
Are flights Included?
Flights are not included. Airport transfers to and from the hotel are included in the package.
What level do I need to be?
You should already play regularly and be comfortable with competitive match formats. Sessions involve coached padel, structured match play, and rotation across the group. This is not a beginner week.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card and Apple Pay via Stripe. You can pay a 40% deposit now and the balance is due 30 days before arrival, or pay in full at booking.
What is the cancellation policy?
Your deposit is refunded in full if the trip does not go ahead. If you cancel your own place, the cancellation policy applies from the date of booking. Full terms are sent with your confirmation email.
What happens after I pay?
You receive a confirmation email immediately with your booking details. Closer to the trip you will receive arrival information and a kit list.
What if the trip doesn’t reach capacity?
A minimum number of players is required for the trip to go ahead. If that threshold is not met, you receive a full refund of your deposit. You will be notified well in advance of your travel date.
